My name is Ashan, from Hengyang, Hunan. I, Ajin, and our daughter Shusha, can see the snow-capped Cangshan Mountain every morning, and at night, the stars are twinkling. The dry branches begin to sprout new buds, all of which evoke a sense of vitality.

By chance, I saw mouse-ear grass at the foot of Cangshan Mountain. I remember it can be made into Qingbazi, which is Qing Tuan (green rice balls). Naturally, I started harvesting it—harvesting itself is joyful. This happiness accumulates because I will see it transform from fuzzy grass into food, whether sweet or savory, all carrying a fresh, natural aroma. I hope this wonderful feeling can be shared with more friends.

Experience Details
Gather at the designated location between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM, then led by Ashan and Shusha to go up the mountain. We will play and harvest Qing (mouse-ear grass) in the mountain. From 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM, we will make Qing Tuan together at our friend Yuanhe's studio.

Nearby farmers began to till the soil. We left the original land with old grass, but in a foreign land, it became new soil—an unusual kind of nostalgia with the same flavor.
