"Niuniu Xiaoyuan" Halal Beef Hotpot

The halal beef in Dali is very special, with clear soup, freshness and delicious taste. I think it is something you must try.

Because Yunnan has a large Muslim population, starting with the Mongol Empire's control of Dali 760 years ago (1265), many of the halal restaurants on "Halal Street" are of good quality, and everyone seems to have their own best restaurant.

Niu Niu is one of them. They can make soup and grill at the edge of the pot at the same time, and the vegetables are weighed on the open rack, which gives you a lot of flexibility when choosing. The model is quite advanced.

Note: If there are few people, you can usually order half a catty of beef dishes (a catty is about 80-100/catty depending on the part)
