River trekking in the stream 6 years old+

Canyoneering is arranged for my son who has always wanted to pick up stones from the creek. This time, the guide DD is also a unique person. He lives in his converted van, with one person and a dog, a mobile apartment, very California, free-spirited, and also a big kid who is very patient with children. The wild trail I see leads to a secret canyon for canyoneering, with explanations of plants, insects, and stones along the way (which is very much in line with my son's interests). I found out that DD also likes stones, so my son finally found someone to chat with! That day, the sun was not strong, the creek was cold, and we couldn't jump into the water, but the clear creek made everyone happy. The small waterfall at the end was perfect for photos.

First canyoning experience: Taoxi, with clear and clean water, pleasant scenery along the riverbank, and a slightly inclined route. A few friends and I splashed water on each other, which added a lot of fun to the canyoning trip. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to see the team leader (Xiao Li and Shitou) had prepared fresh fruit and various snacks, as well as hot tea and chilled beer. Truly a treasure team leader!!!

I must give a big thumbs up to this place, the activity arrangements and organization are excellent.

On the first morning, we went to Cangshan to pick mushrooms. Two young ladies led the team, providing attentive and thoughtful service, helping everyone find mushrooms. During our tea break, we had a fresh lunch at a rural courtyard, with enthusiastic service.

In the afternoon, we participated in canyoning. Our kids had been looking forward to it for a long time, and it did not disappoint. Several experienced handsome guys took care of us from all directions. Climbing and canyoning were super exciting and fun. The team leader Xiao Li prepared an amazing afternoon snack. Watermelon soaked in mountain spring water, coffee, and tea were incredibly delicious and refreshing. This day was just perfect.

The next afternoon, we went paddleboarding, also led by Xiao Li. Unfortunately, it rained, but we set up a canopy outdoors, listened to the rain, enjoyed the lake view, drank tea and coffee, and ate fruits and snacks, which was quite a unique experience. In the end, Xiao Li still took us paddleboarding in the rain, satisfying our little craving. Because of the rain, we didn't complete the full paddleboarding experience, and the owner refunded the activity fee for that day. We were very touched.

Next time I go to Dali, I will definitely choose Cangshan Hiking House again.
