Bings's owner, Bingbing, is a Cordon Bleu pastry chef. She used to run a brunch shop and an ice cream shop with good reputations. The newest shop located on Xinmin Road is a fusion of the two. Many worldly travelers have been there and gave high feedback.

Bingbing got involved in the catering industry more than ten years ago, learned new cooking skills on her own, opened several small shops of her own, continued to study and improve, and now has grown into a Bings Xinmin Road store with a large space and a variety of content.
