Randy, the manager of Shengkai Bicycle Xizhou Store, was Lao Shuai’s colleague during the “Beautiful China” period. Her “Shengkai Bicycle Diary” was very touching, and enabled us to go from just knowing each other to working together and jointly opening a rural cycling route to explore Dali .
