Dahai is my old friend. We met in Shanghai in 2004. He is from Anhui. He has been traveling around since he was a teenager. He has been farming, logging, growing black fungus, and hunting in the Northeast. When he was young, he worked in a barbershop and an outdoor shop in the city. Later, he opened a homestay and a restaurant in Weizhou Island and Hainan, and sailed out to sea. Now he lives in Dali and has run Cangshanlu Farm and now Cangshanlu Restaurant. He offers a variety of dishes that integrate his many years of life experience and learning. Seafood, Chongqing cuisine, Hainan cuisine.
